Café Mélange

We are located on the strip in Carbondale, Illinois. Mélange used to be a restaurant several years ago and reopened in September 2013 as Café Mélange with a whole new menu and a whole new experience. The word "mélange" is French and translates to "mixture" or "blend", and our café is just that: a mixture of different types of cuisines. From sandwiches and wraps to bibimbap and Korean pancakes, we offer a variety of foods and drinks that will be hard to find anywhere else in Carbondale. Stop by for some coffee or stay for dinner, enjoy Mélange the way you want to!
